Biography
Graduated in physics from University Julio Mesquita Filho (2002), master (2004) and PhD (2008) by the physics department of Federal University of São Carlos and post doc by the Physics Institute of São Carlos-USP (2008), he is associated professor of physics department at UFSCar. He developing research about electronic proprieties and structural of materials like semiconductors oxides and perovskites ferroelectrics beyond spectroscopic analysis, including Raman spectroscopy, photoluminescence and absorption spectrophotometer
