Ducinei Garcia

Biography

Graduated in physics from Federal University of São Carlos (1986), master(1989)and PhD(1995) from University of São Paulo. Currently, she is main teacher at UFSCar. Has experience in the area of aplicated physics, with emphasis on physics of the condensed matter and in science of materials, and in ceramics materials, in particular.
Her research activities involves study of processing and structural/microestruturals/dielectrics/optics/eletroptics proprieties. Because of her interest by teaching science and by scientific divulgation, she also acts in university extension projects, which involves continuous formation of teachers of elementary school and high school
