Leonardo Kleber Castelano

Biography

Graduated, master and PhD at University of Sao Paulo. He did post doc at California University, San Diego, under professor’s Lu Jeu Sham supervised. Currently, he is teacher at Federal University of São Carlos. Has experience in condensed matter physics (theory), acts mostly in the follow themes: spintronic, spin-polarized current injection in semiconductors, and calculation of electronic transport and electronic structure of nanostructures semiconductors. Recently, he’ve been study the dynamic of opened quantum systems
