Biography
Graduated (1975), master (1978) and PhD (1981) in physics at University of São Paulo. He has post doc from Stanford University (1985-1987), and sabbatical year at University of Oslo(2011-2012); Université de Liège (2014); Associated member of Centre for Advanced Study, Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters (CAS fellow) since 2011. He is main professor in physics department at Federal University of São Carlos since June 2006, he had done many research as CNPQ fellow since 1983. Has experience in areas of superconductivity and magnetism, such as development of scientific instrumentation
